For anyone interested in the animation, here are some pages documenting the process of how Sailor Moon is drawn. Keep in mind these are to be read right to left!

I think it’s really interesting to notice how the initial artist draws them out more organically, like they understand the physics of the face, body, etc., while the person who inks it gives it a more stylized appearance, keeping it more “anime” while keeping the balance.

These are all from episode 155, so it’d be pretty cool to watch and compare!
